Truth Technologies, Inc. Announced Luxembourg R&D Centre

LUXEMBOURG CITY, LUXEMBOURG – March 8, 2006

Truth Technologies, Inc. (TTI), a leading provider of money laundering and fraud detection systems and services for financial industry and government applications, today announced it has chosen Luxembourg as Truth Technologies' worldwide Research and Development centre. Furthermore, Truth Technologies announced their first development project will be a next generation Anti-Money Laundering pattern recognition system to be marketed as Scout.

Truth Technologies, Inc. has created a series of partnerships and alliances that bridge the public and private sectors. Truth Technologies has partnered with Centre de Recherche Public Henri Tudor, the Ministère de L'Economie, the Société Nationale de Crédit et d'Investissement and are in discussion with Luxembourg based banks to participate in the project.

"It was an easy decision to relocate our worldwide Research and Development efforts in Luxembourg thanks to the support and warm reception that Truth Technologies received from the various government and private organizations here in Luxembourg", stated Mr. Scott Snowden, Director of Product Development of Truth Technologies. Truth's initial development efforts will be located at Henri Tudor's incubator facility in Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg.

The first development project for Truth Technologies R&D centre will be CIVA™ Scout, a next generation transaction monitoring system. "Never before has finite state autonoma pattern matching technology been applied to the problem of searching through hundreds of millions of individual financial transactions and identifying potentially money laundering or fraudulent transactions," stated Mr. David Olenzak, Chief Operating Officer of Truth Technologies, Inc. "This is truly the next generation of anti-money laundering transaction monitoring systems and should be a great leap forward in global anti-money laundering efforts."

Scout™ will join Truth Technologies' Sentinel™, a customer identification and watchlist monitoring system, a rules based transaction monitoring system as part of the Truth Technologies' CIVA™ Suite. CIVA™ Scout will help Truth Technologies round out their currently line of anti-money laundering and anti-fraud products and services to continue to provide the best possible anti-money laundering and anti-fraud solutions to their customers.

A release date for Scout™ has not been announced. Sentinel™ and other services are currently available from Truth Technologies.
