TTI is currently looking to fill the following positions:

Support Engineer

This person will report directly to the VP of Sentinel Sales and Development and will be the lead support person for the Sentinel product. The successful candidate needs to be a self starter, problem solver, able to work independently and deal with customers in a professional manner. The successful candidate should have IT technical expertise, communication skills (English required), and preferably industry experience in the financial services industry. Duties include troubleshooting and problem solving on the Sentinel product with customers worldwide, new customer setup (done remotely), discussion of product configuration best practices, new customer training (delivered remotely), some technical sales support, and other duties that may be required to assist with the setup of the new data center operations in Europe.

• Degree in computers or information technology.
• Fluency in English (other languages especially Spanish are appreciated).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Effective organizational skills - ability to simultaneously manage multiple support incidents and to work independently but with support from the Engineering group.
• Ability to work and solve problems independently.
• Comfort level with dealing with customers and potential customers.
• Proven track record of training/support/technical expertise.
• Knowledge of the java programming language beneficial but not required.
• Experience with technical writing and documentation beneficial but not required.
• Experience and knowledge of the financial services industry is helpful, but not required.

• Some travel may be is required.
• Must be a resident of a European Union country
